im not sure where this would go but long story short my client paid for her monthly membership in 1 upfront payment.  i learned how to create a 1-time payment and applied that to her account so when you look at her future autopays the total owed slowly went from -900ish to 0 (used up the account balance).  yesterday it showed a 900sh amount as having been refunded (and money on her account) so since i couldnt reverse that, i applied a one-time payment again which 0’d her account balance BUT her autopay totals are all messed up now.  help :(
