Hi team.

Need to find a solution to send reminder SMS to specific clients with upcoming services booked.
A specific use case we are trying to solve is this:

We want to send a reminders Email and SMS (SMS is the priority) to people who are LEADS who have booked an induction or enquiry consult (Face to face or phone call appointment types)

We have specific appts set up for each

We are assuming Send to specifc client groups” is the way here but cannot find a way to create a auto update group that will work (if it’s not automated, it has not point)

The closest we have found is using the power search criteria “VISIT STATUS” which has all the neccessary criteria except the date range is static, making it pointless as the dates always revert to fixed date ranges eg: 7Mar-14Mar, instead of a dynamic range, eg:”next 7 days”

So we either need a way around this or a different solution.

1. Would you use client groups to filter who the SMS is sent to? If so, how?
2. If it’s client groups, How would you filter this correctly?
3. If not.. what then?
