SOAP notes, which I’m now just learning about, appear to be only visible to staff. Can someone please confirm this?

Also, is there a way for a trainer to put notes into a client’s profile that the client can then read from their end? I’m thinking like training tips, or lists, or recaps, or anything that the client might want to look back on.

I thought about the notes/alerts that are on a client’s main profile page, but I don’t want to clutter up that spot and what I’m envisioning might be a longer-term or lengthy thing.

If that’s not a thing, where we can put notes or instructions that the client can read from their end, idk if there would be any interest in it but perhaps?

I’m mainly right now exploring WL trying to figure out all of the resources for our personal trainers, who right now are not using WL for much as far as record-keeping, logging, etc. for their clients. Each trainer is using their own favored trainer apps or whatnot, to track their own clients. I’d really like to bring all of that to WL if possible, so if anyone has any helpful hints or articles or whatever that they want to share I would greatly appreciate it!
