Our fitness facility offers month-to-month memberships. When we set up our WL system the onboarding agent told us to select the max number of duration for memberships and just set it to auto-renew at that point because if we had set the duration of the membership to 1 month it would ask the client to sign the “agreement” every month which is an extreme inconvenience to our customers.
Is there a way to disable this before their duration expires in 2022?
